Dinner at renowned Ronde des Mousquetaires chef's restaurant

 

Friday:

Leave chambres d'hôtes

Visit Côtes de Gascogne wine and Tenarèze Armagnac producer 

Visit to a CdG wine and Bas-Armagnac producer to compare diversity

Lunch

Visit to a working Armagnac distillery

Visit to an organic Armagnac producer in the Tenarèze area

Dinner at chambres d'hôtes

 

Saturday:

Leisurely wander around a bustling market and visit the chateau of Henri IV

Lunch at typical local auberge under 14th century stone cloisters

Visit to a historic chateau/private home and Armagnac producer

Visit to a Cistercian Abbey with an outstanding art exhibition

Dinner at La Table des Cordeliers -Michelin starred restaurant

Return to chambres d'hôtes

 

Sunday:

Leave chambres d'hôtes for a fortified village and its Armagnac fête

Aperitif to music followed by lunch on the village Place

Free time after lunch to watch demonstrations (cooking, coopering, Courses Landaise, skittles)

Return to Toulouse for evening flight
